Gamay from Urimbirra provides rich dark cherries to the complexity of the Pinot Noir. 

The result of a wild ferment after extended carbonic maceration.  Matured in oak.  This wine has the strength and length to balance rich meat dishes such as Beef Bourgeon.

Excellent drinking now.
